We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to join our growing team in Falkirk and the surrounding areas.
Due to the nature of the role, this position is open to female applicants only (in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010).

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as you’ll be travelling between service users’ homes.

Pattern 1: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
Full-Time:
7:00am–1:30pm & 3:30pm–9:30pm
OR 7:00am–2:00pm & 2:00pm–9:00pm
Part-Time: Morning or evening shifts available
Pattern 2: 2-Week Rolling Rota
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Includes alternate weekends off
Full-Time & Part-Time options available
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals to live safely and comfortably at home. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
Supporting with personal care and hygiene
Preparing and serving meals
Medication prompts and administration
Catheter care
Providing companionship and emotional support

This role involves regulated work with vulnerable adults and will require a PVG check under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
