About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide both physical and emotional support, helping individuals build independence, develop relationships, and achieve personal goals. You’ll be part of a friendly, experienced team in a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day.
What You’ll Do
Support with personal care, medication, cooking, and household tasks
Encourage independence and social interaction within the community
Support individuals to attend healthcare appointments
Work in line with support plans and risk assessments
Maintain clear and accurate records
Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and professionals
Promote physical activity such as walking and games
Support budgeting and money management activities
Shift Patterns
24-hour shifts (including sleepover and day shifts)

Requirements
Minimum 6 months’ experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
Enhanced PVG required (we will support the application process)
