Due to an increase in service delivery hours, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated Service Lead to join our team, supporting services across the Ripley, Nottingham and Long Eaton areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support. As a Service Lead, you will act as a role model for support staff, providing leadership and guidance while overseeing the day-to-day operation of supported living services.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Leading and supporting staff teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
Managing the day-to-day running of the services.
Participating in an on-call rota for your allocated locations.
Attending and contributing to team meetings and service user reviews.
Ensuring safe and effective medication management procedures are in place.
Supporting service users to achieve positive outcomes and reach their individual goals.
Undertaking delegated management responsibilities that contribute to the overall effective operation of the services.
Contributing to assessments, support planning, and the development of Person-Centred Plans.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure plans are implemented effectively and consistently.

What We're Looking For
Essential requirements include:
A full UK driving licence - Mileage expenses are claimable when travelling between services.
Proven experience supporting people with learning disabilities within a supported living or enabling environment.
A strong commitment to the principles of community-based care.
An understanding of the social, personal, physical, occupational and leisure needs of adults with learning disabilities.
Knowledge and understanding of supporting people with learning disabilities, multiple disabilities, and complex needs.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a care and support setting.
