💬 About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
Support people with a range of complex needs in their own home
Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
Support with meal planning and preparation
Administer and record medication
Help individuals manage their money and budgets
Carry out household tasks such as laundry, cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
Encourage and support participation in activities at home and within the local community
Promote independence, choice and wellbeing
Complete daily records and forms using One Touch, our digital support platform
Carry out daily, weekly and monthly health and safety checks
You'll be joining a highly experienced team who are passionate about delivering excellent support and creating positive outcomes for the people we support.
🕒 Shift Details
This is a 28-hour per week position.
Shifts may include:
Full Day: 8:00am – 10:00pm
Early Shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Late Shift: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Waking Night: 10:00pm – 8:00am
Flexibility is essential as you will be required to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and waking nights.
