We’re looking for a Support Workers to join our Outreach and Supported living team covering the Redcar and surrounding areas.
💬 About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll be providing personalised support to adults with autism, mental health and learning disabilities in their homes, helping them with daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Support clients in daily activities such as:
Meal preparation, and household tasks.
Develop and implement individual support plans based on client needs and goals.
Encourage and facilitate community involvement, social interaction, and skill development.
Monitor and document progress, reporting any changes in client well-being to the team.
Promote a safe and nurturing environment that fosters independence and growth.
Providing support with correspondence and paying bills
You’ll be part of a committed, friendly team who work collaboratively to make each day meaningful for the people we support.
Shift Details
Must be able to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis
Day shits Monday to Friday
A driver is desirable, but not essential — what matters most is your positive attitude and reliability.
All offers are subject to an enhanced Adult DBS check.
