💬 About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll be working in a supported living house, helping people with learning disabilities and physical needs to build confidence, maintain independence, and develop new skills.

Your day may include supporting individuals with:

🍽️ Planning and preparing meals
🧹 Keeping their home clean, safe, and comfortable
💊 Medication support (where required)
🛁 Personal care
📝 Updating support plans and risk assessments
🎨 Accessing community activities, hobbies, and social events

You’ll be part of a committed, friendly team who work collaboratively to make each day meaningful for the people we support.

🕒 Shift Details

This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility for shift work is essential. Shifts may include:

• Days
• Evenings
• Weekends
• Sleepovers (as required by the service)

A driver is desirable, but not essential — what matters most is your positive attitude and reliability.

All offers are subject to an enhanced Adult DBS check.
